Had a lovely Xmas stay with my family. the staff were warm and friendly, making us feel at home. the cleanliness of the rooms and property was spot on. the spa was a great place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the town. Plus, the location is perfect, right in the heart of town and close to all the key attractions.
The walls and floors were thin, so we could hear noise from outside and other guests. It made it difficult to sleep peacefully at times.

The location is very convenient, great to easily walk to nearby attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing great service. The hotel is clean and has excellent facilities, including a spa which we unfortunately didn't have time to try. Lastly, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast options.
Nothing not too like.

The food was really delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was great, just a short walk to some main attractions and shopping areas. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the surrounding area.
The sound-proofing of the rooms was poor. I could hear people and cars outside all the time, which made it difficult to sleep.
